HIAH and HIAH Wrld have gone through some shifts and changes since its launch in 2023. My vision for the way this site would function has flowed into what it is today.
Initially, I wanted it to be a community with tools and resources. And although the way we approach those tools and resources has changed; community is still the priority.
If you haven't noticed, I'm an ambitious optimist who approaches solutions at a high level with the drill down coming after. This is great when constructing concepts, but not always the best for implementation. So, I had to do some trial and error as well as listening to the community and the world around me.
The climate of the US and world isn't ideal (that's the phrase I'm going to use because I'm still working on being optimistic and altruistic at this time). However, it is ideal for community whether you're building one, growing one, or finding one.
We've shifted to quarterly meetups exclusive to HIAH Wrld members to be able to provide big moments for our members to engage with each other and have meaningful outings. This has allowed us to come together intentionally and it's paid off. Our first meetup this year was yoga and sound baths at Virginia Robinson Garden and everyone walked away refreshed, recharged and feeling good.
Another new focus has been content that is focused on mental health, physical health, good vibes, etc. that are entertaining. There's plenty of podcasts and shows where folks are talking about their journeys, tips & tricks, or other gripping topics. HIAH Wrld wants to make the 'hustle' feel like an every day part of your life. Life isn't always pensive, it's fun and unpredictable too.
Lastly, we have created tiered memberships to fit your needs. With our free membership gaining individuals access to meetups and our annual package providing discounts and more. The goal is to make sure we are serving our community as we grow and continue to build out the Wrld.
Thank you for rocking with us!
love how safety is such a high priority in the HIAH community! the accommodation for members to feel that they’re in a safe space is beautiful!
