Deposits are fully refundable up to 12.31.23. Any cancelation after 12.31.23 may result in the loss of deposit, however, you can receive a refund in the form of a credit to be used for any HIAH WRLD services or products.

Invoices will be sent via email for room costs, food & beverage costs, and any other fees associated with the trip and communicated with the traveler. Invoices will need to be paid by the specified due date indicated on the invoice. Late payments are subject to late fees, and payments exceeding 10 days late may result in being removed from the trip. As with anything communication with the HW team is imperative.

Fee due dates (which are subject to change with proper notice): 12.31.23 - Room balance, 3.31.24 Food & Beverage balance, 5.31.24 Activities, Transportation, etc. (if applicable).

All rooms within the villa are shared. If you have someone you are rooming with indicate in the field above. All other solo travelers will be assigned rooms.
